Excellent video. Extremely informative. A must view. Thank you
Very informative video
I thought the webinar was very informative and I look forward to getting a system for the hospital where I work. I would like to get the InfoComm credits for this course added to my account.
An excellent presentation which better informs about how a person with profound hearing loss, which is my situation, experiences sounds and how hearing aids only help in one on one situations. My problem with your video is that it needs to have closed captioning or subtitles. People like me want to try to help others and this video is perfect for both getting people to understand and to inform about ADA requirements. I am a retired Electronics Engineer and have tried expensive and cheap hearing aids. The low cost ones work as well as high cost ones for me. As an expert in electronics I know that the high cost of the technology to help is because of high profit motives, not really interested in helping those affected. I know that the electronics in simple calculators are actually more complicated than what is in most hearing aids and it is discouraging.
Thank you for posting actual technical information on your website like the impedance of the headphones/ear bud. I have a pair of very expensive and very good Bose A20 active noise cancelling headphones that I tried to use with the model LR-200-072 receivers that our small Church recently acquired but was not successful probably because of the impedance match and plug adaptability. The LA-161 earphone that came with the receiver is totally inadequate for folks with profound hearing loss like me.
Thank you so much for taking the time to view the webinar and for providing us with your valuable feedback, we are adding closed-captioning to all of our videos, which should be updated by the end of the month.
We understand the challenges you face on a daily basis and hope to help make your experience better in the venues and situations you enjoy.
This ADA Compliance Webinar was very informative. It will help us understand what people who have a hearing impairment go through and understand how they feel. It also helps us ask accurate questions in regards to what hearing device is needed in conjunction to their hearing aids.
And yet there is still no captions added in regards to the third post. Pity. That being said I am an AV integrator and constantly run into the demand for updating rooms with this equipment and or installing it in new venues. Thanks for the great information and it helps me understand better why we install this equipment.
Nick, thank you for viewing the webinar and providing your feedback, we are in the process of adding closed caption files now, the video should be updated by the end of the week.
Please let us know if we can provide any additional information.
Hi Nick, I wanted to follow up with you and let you know that the closed captioned files have been added to our ADA webinar.
I do not see the captions. How do you turn them on?

Very well presented. Thanks for the webinar. Do you have more material that can be studied for Infocomm CTS renewal credits?
I have been installing these products for several years and this was a simple and easy to understand. Well done.
Very good video. It was well explained. Thank you
